Lakehead University, Orillia - John Mark Merraro is the Athlete of the Month for January! A fierce competitor and team leader, John Mark helped push the Men’s Varsity Soccer team through some great performances at their two OCAA tournaments in January. He has shown a strong dedication and passion for the program all season long, and is a very technical and cerebral player who consistently drives team play both in attack and while defending. A well-deserved award for a special Lakehead athlete.
