Mark brings over 20 years of professional coaching and sports administration experience, having held several senior roles as a High-Performance Coach, District & Club Technical Director, District Head Coach, & Learning Facilitator. Currently, as Technical Director at the Barrie Soccer Club, Mark has played a pivotal role in developing many athletes and teams across Simcoe County. 

During this time, he has successfully coached teams that have won District, Regional, Provincial Championships and league titles, and has also won a Canadian Club National Championship silver medal. Mark has achieved his UEFA A, Canadian National A, USSF National B, United Soccer Premier Diploma & Teacher Trainer of Adults (Honors). He is currently enrolled in the UEFA A licensing courses and finishing his Master Life Coaching Certification.

As a former high-performance player, he captained the North York Astros Professional Reserve Team and still continues to play competitively. He is a proud father to 3 boys, recognized in the community as a dedicated leader, and mentor, who also volunteers his time coaching his children & considers himself a lifelong learner.
